Services

Judgment and operating systems — not hours, not implementation labor.

Every engagement follows one discipline — diagnosis before prescription, transfer before departure — and ends with a named internal owner running the system we designed.

Four domains

What the practice works on.

Executive Systems Advisory

The flagship line: helping executive leaders design, repair, and strengthen the operating systems by which their institutions govern, decide, communicate, execute, and learn.

Decision rights and accountability that hold under pressure · meetings that convert to decisions · governance cadences and risk structures that survive transitions.

Institutional Resilience Advisory

Operating systems that hold under pressure — continuity, post-disaster rebuilding, all-hazards readiness, and the governance and fiscal capacity that determine whether a plan survives contact with a real disaster.

We test the institution, not just the plan.

Leadership Multiplication & Decision Architecture

Building the executives who run the systems — operating discipline, decision quality, governance fluency, and the decision-rights architecture that lets a leadership team act coherently.

Systems language, not coaching language: how an institution decides.

Healthcare Capital Project Governance

Owner's-representative governance for programs delivered under CMAR/GMP, with the decision logs, risk registers, and audit-ready documentation that survive federal scrutiny.

Offered only on programs with no cooling-off conflict.

The engagement ladder

Seven ways in. One discipline.

Fixed-fee wherever possible, because confident advisory carries its own risk. Pricing beyond the two public anchors is scoped after a qualification conversation.

Executive Systems Clarity Session

One session to name the real decision.

Book a Clarity Session

For

A senior executive who knows the institution is working hard but not working coherently.

You leave with

An Executive Clarity Brief — a decision-framing document, not a mini-diagnostic.

Format

2–3 hour session + written brief · remote-first

Fee

Fixed fee, $5,000–$8,000

Strategic Systems Diagnostic

A defensible picture of where the institution actually stands.

Request a Diagnostic

For

Commissioners, agency heads, CEOs, founders, and boards — public, private, or nonprofit — who need an evidence-based current-state read before they act.

You leave with

A scored readiness assessment, a prioritized risk register, and a 30/60/90-day decision roadmap.

Format

30 days, fixed scope

Fee

Diagnostic engagements begin at $35,000

Executive Stabilization Sprint

Stabilize a system under pressure — and hand it back running.

Discuss a Sprint

For

An institution in a moment of strain: new leadership, a failed survey or accreditation finding, a stalled flagship program.

You leave with

A running operating cadence and a named internal owner who can sustain it.

Format

90 days, fixed fee

Fee

Scoped after a qualification conversation

Operating System Design & Build

The full executive operating system, designed and installed.

Explore a Build

For

Executives and boards ready to build the durable system, not patch the symptom.

You leave with

A documented operating system the institution owns and runs.

Format

3–6 months, fixed fee

Fee

Scoped after a diagnostic

Capital Project Governance Advisory

Owner's-representative governance for capital programs that must survive an audit.

Inquire

For

Boards and sponsors of healthcare and public-infrastructure programs under CMAR/GMP.

You leave with

A governance system the program board can run for the life of the build.

Format

12–36 months · monthly governance retainer

Fee

Engaged after conflict screening

Retained Executive Advisory

Standing counsel without standing reliance.

Discuss Retained Advisory

For

An executive who wants ongoing principal counsel through implementation — deliberately bounded so it never becomes dependence.

You leave with

Standing counsel, a quarterly governance review, and an institution that still runs itself.

Format

Monthly retainer, deliberately bounded

Fee

Scoped to access level and cadence

Board & Governance Workshops

A facilitated decision your board can act on — and a playbook to keep it.

Plan a Workshop

For

Boards and executive teams that need a governance retreat, an operating-rhythm reset, or AI-governance readiness.

You leave with

A facilitated decision and a transfer playbook.

Format

Half-day to multi-day

Fee

Scoped by duration and preparation

The boundary

What we do not do.

The practice provides executive systems advisory. It does not provide lobbying; procurement influence; commodity grant-writing; IT software implementation; construction management; legal advice; or any service that trades on political access or inside-government navigation.

Every prospect passes a fit and conflict screen before a proposal is written. Where a need falls outside this lane, we say so and refer it.
